Sridhar founded Steer in 2021 to solve what he saw at his prior company, Oculus Health: healthcare operations had never been rebuilt for the AI era. He set out to build the AI workforce that would end the grind.
Cagdas Ozbey
Cagdas leads platform and AI architecture, including SteerBrain, the reasoning layer that coordinates the workforce. He owns the agent-first architecture that has defined Steer since the first line of code.

Souvanik Sarkar
Souvanik leads integrations, connecting Steer's AI workforce to the EHR and practice management systems customers already run. He brings more than 25 years in US healthcare IT, including over 15 years of NextGen implementation, templates, and reporting, and helped an EHR vendor achieve ONC certification.
